Incident Management Team

The COIMT is comprised of members from local, state and federal wildland and structural agencies throughout Oregon.  COIMT members are highly skilled specialists in command, safety, information, finance, logistics, operations and planning.   The Team provides assistance to land management agencies dealing with incidents that exceed the capacity of local resources to address.  The Team works with Agency administrators and firefighters to meet their objectives without compromising regulations or safety.

 

Our mission is to develop and implement an operational plan that meets and/or exceeds Agency goals.  COIMT members have a personal responsibility to commit themselves to help in meeting operational objectives with professionalism, safety and mutual respect.
